Short version: the tools are free, they are estimates and utilities rather than advice, and what you do with the results is yours to decide.

Using the tools

ClipDrive is free to use and requires no account. You may use the results — runtimes, costs, formatted chapters, resized images — in your own work, commercial work included, with no attribution required.

The numbers are estimates

Every calculator here produces an estimate. Provider prices change, RPM varies enormously between channels, and no tool can tell you what a video will earn. Ranges are shown wide because the reality is wide. Treat the output as a planning aid and check anything you are about to spend real money on.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. The monetization material is a summary of published platform policy as we understand it, not a prediction of what any platform will decide about your channel — no third party's decision is ours to make or to guarantee.

Your content

Client-side tools process your files in your browser and never transmit them, so you keep whatever rights you already had. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you put into them — a thumbnail belongs to whoever made it, and downloading one does not transfer that.

Availability

The site is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or that any particular tool will continue to exist. Tools marked "coming soon" are intentions, not commitments, and we will not pretend one works before it does.
