Terms of use

Short version: most tools are free and need no account, the AI tools give free generations every day and then cost credits, everything here is an estimate rather than advice, and what you do with the results is yours to decide.

Using the tools

Most of ClipDrive is free to use and requires no account. You may use the results — runtimes, costs, formatted chapters, resized images, scripts, scenes — in your own work, commercial work included, with no attribution required.

Credits and payment

The AI tools run on a shared daily allowance of free generations. When that allowance is gone you can buy a pack of credits: one credit is one generation, credits never expire, and there is no subscription — nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Buying credits requires an account, because a balance has to belong to someone.

A credit is spent only once a result has been produced and handed to you. A generation that fails, times out or returns nothing usable costs you nothing. Free generations are always spent before credits you have paid for.

Credits are a prepaid balance for use on this site. They are not money, they cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, and they carry no value outside ClipDrive. We may change what a pack costs, but never the number of credits already sitting in your balance or what they can be spent on.

Who you are paying

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Polar, not ClipDrive, appears on your card statement, and Polar is responsible for charging the applicable sales tax or VAT for your country.

Refunds

Unspent credits are refundable in full within 14 days, and partially where some of a pack has been used. The detail, including how to ask and how long it takes, is on the refund policy page.

The numbers are estimates

Every calculator here produces an estimate. Provider prices change, RPM varies enormously between channels, and no tool can tell you what a video will earn. Ranges are shown wide because the reality is wide. Treat the output as a planning aid and check anything you are about to spend real money on.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. The monetization material is a summary of published platform policy as we understand it, not a prediction of what any platform will decide about your channel — no third party's decision is ours to make or to guarantee.

Your content

Client-side tools process your files in your browser and never transmit them, so you keep whatever rights you already had. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you put into them — a thumbnail belongs to whoever made it, and downloading one does not transfer that.

Availability

The site is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or that any particular tool will continue to exist. Tools marked "coming soon" are intentions, not commitments, and we will not pretend one works before it does.
